4 slices of banana bread1 large egg1/4 c. nonfat milk1 teasp. vanilla extract1 teasp. cinnamoncooking spray for griddle or pan
Beat together egg, milk, vanilla extract and cinnamon. Dip both sides of bread into batter. Spray nonstick griddle with cooking spray. Heat griddle until it sizzles. Lay dipped bread onto griddle. Cook until golden brown on one side. (About 3 to 4 minutes depending on the griddle.) Flip and cook until golden brown on the other side.
