2 cups crispy rice cereal1/4 tsp garlic powder1/2 tsp onion powder1/2 tsp paprika1/4 tsp pepper1/4 tsp salt1/2 tsp Italian seasoning1 egg2 tbsp water4, 6-oz boneless, skinned chicken breastsNonstick vegetable cooking spray1 cup long-grain brown rice, cooked according to directions without salt or fat
Preheat oven to 350. Crush crispy rice cereal in a bowl and add garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, pepper, salt, and Italian seasoning. Mix well. Whisk egg and water in a shallow bowl and coat chicken brest with egg mixture then coat chicken in crushed cereal mixture. Place on a baking sheet sprayed with nonstick cooking spray. Bake uncovered for 1 hour or until done. Serves 4
