Water - 1 1/3 cup (110')Eggs - 3 (room temp)Oil - 3 tblcider vinegar - 1 tspSugar - 3 tblSalt 1 1/2 tspDry milk - 1/2 cupWhite rice flour - 2 cupPotato starch flour 1 1/4 cupSorghum flour 1/3 cupTapioca Flour 1/2 cupXanthan gum 1 tblYeast - 4 1/2 tsp (2 packets)
Put wet ingredients followed by dry ingredients into bread machine. Make sure liquids are warm enough for yeast to rise and dry ingredients are measured exactly.
Mix dough for 10 minutes, let rise for 20 minutes then bake for 50 minutes - or use similar GF cycle. Let cool on rack for 30 minutes before slicing. Slice in half and then slice each half into 8 think slices.
