Balsamic Mushroom Chicken

1 package (5 breasts) Purdue Perfect Portions Chicken Breasts2 tsp olive oil1 lb sliced mushrooms4 tsp fresh thyme1 Cup Swanson Chicken Stock
Place 2 tsp olive oil in lg skillet on low to medium heat. Rinse 1 package (5 breasts) Purdue Perfect Portion Chicken. Season with Mrs. Dash, pepper and garlic to taste. Brown chicken breasts in skillet (2-3 minutes) on each side.
Remove chicken breasts and place in baking dish.
Place mushrooms in pan and saute for 2-3 minutes. Add in 1/3 C Balsamic Vinegar to deglaze pan. Cook an additional 2-3 minutes. Add in 1C Chicke stock and reduce by 1/2. Remove from flame and pour over chicken breasts. Bake @ 325 for 10-15 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
