Company's Coming Pulled Chicken Fajitas

Ingredients
1 1/2lbs boneless, skinless chicken breast halves2 tbsp taco seasoning mix, stir before measuring2C (I used 1 1/2c) of chunky salsa, divided2c thinkly sliced mixed peppers8 flour tortillas (9 inch diameter, I used whole wheat ones)
Directions
Put chicken into a 3.5 - 4 quart sloow cooker. Sprinkle with seasoning mix. Pour 1 1/2c of salsa over top. Cook, covered, on low for 6-7hrs or on high for 3-3.5hrs. Transfer chicken to large plate. Shred with 2 forks. Return to slow cooker.
Add peppers and remaining salsa (the recipe originally calls for 2 cups of salsa, but I put just the 1 1/2cups in). Stir cook, covered, on high for about 30 min until peppers are tender-crisp.
Spoon about 3/4c chicken mixture down centre of each tortilla. Fold bottom end of torilla over filling. Fold sides, leaving top end open.
Makes 8 fajitas.
