Salmon & Black Bean Wrap

6 oz Salmon Filet14.5 can of Black Beans14.5 can of CornPackage of Flour Tortilla1 avacado
Heat stove top (med heat)
Add 1/2 tbsp of oilve oil
Once hot add salmon, cook for about 2-3 min each side (cooks it med rare)
Empty black beans and corn into colander and rinse.
Then, put in bowl with a little water and microwave for 1.5 min.
Once done, empty back into colander to get rid of water.
Cut avocado and put into bowl and mash. Then mix the black beans and corn in with avocado.
Heat tortillas in microwave for about 30 sec.
Add beans, corn and avocado to warm tortilla and then add salmon. Wrap like burrito.
Add pickled jalapeno, if desired
