Ingredients
2 bunch of spinach1 tsp oil1 tsp mustard seeds (black)1 tsp jeera2/3 red dried chillies1 tsp salt
Directions
1) Boil 2 cups of water
2) Take water off heat, put the spinach leaves in it, cover the vessel & leave for 5 minutes
3) Puree the spinach in a food processor/blender
4) Heat the oil in vessel, add the mustard seeds, jeera & red chillies (broken in little pieces)
5) Add the pureed spinach to the oil & the salt, stir fry for couple of minutes & then take off the heat.

You can increase the taste (and worsen the calorie/ fat content) by adding pieces of coconuts to step 4.
