Italian wedding soup

Ingredients
2 900 ml cartons of Campbell's low sodium beef broth2 340 ml cans of V8 juice3 cups of water18 m &m's italian meatballs quartered3 cups spinach chopped1 1/2 cups a Acini di Pepe pasta
Directions
Into large pot put beef broth, V8 juice and water. Put on med heat. Thaw meatballs is microwave for about 4 minutes. Cut into quarters and add to liquid. Turn heat up to med/high. Wash and chop spinach and add to liquid. When soup is at a rolling boil add the pasta; stir, and turn heat to medium low. Cook for add'l 15 to 20 minutes. Makes 8 - 2 cup servings
