4 hard boiled eggs, halved, yolks removed to a bowl1 avocado, cut in half, pitted, flesh added to a bowl with yolks1tsp hot sauce (or to taste)1tsp lime juice, freshly squeezed1Tbsp cilantro, chopped (optional)dash of salt
Combine the egg yolks, avocado, hot sauce, lime juice, cilantro (if using), and salt. Mash together in a bowl, then fill the hollows in the egg whites with the mixture.
Keep and serve cool.
