Ingredients
1 package of ground turkey3/4 teaspoon ground ginger1 teaspoon salt1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper1 teaspoon ground black pepper1 teaspoon ground sage
Directions
Place ground turkey and spices in bowl. Mix thoroughly together with hands. Wash hands. Either make mixture into patties and cook, or brown as is and crumble, adding egg whites to mixture to make filling for breakfast burritos!
Yields 5 servings.

    This is a good basic recipe. I add some ingredients to taste like dry broth seasoning, fennel, minced garlic, substitute red pepper flakes for cayenne. - 8/12/15
