Diane Tuna Noodle Casserole

Ingredients
Cream of Mushroom (reduced fat version can be used)Egg nooldes, no yolk or Ronzoni wheat Milk, 1/3 cupStar Kist type tuna large pouch in waterdried onionssmall can chopped mushroomsuse crumpled chips or crackers on top for a little crunchoptional- add peas to the mix also I found corn chips to be tasty on top.
Directions
Cook noodles, heat oven to 350, place all ingredients in cassarole dish and mix together with noodles. Sprinkle chips or crackers on top, put in oven for 30min. Served with veggie and buttered bread
