Judith's Tex Mex Chili

Ingredients
Sirloin, Tomatoes, onions, bell pepper, celery, cheddar cheese, non fat sour cream, black beens, red kidney beans, tex mex chili mix
Directions
Makes 6 servings
Saute one whole onion, 7 sweet peppers and 4 stalks of celery. Drain liquid. Add 1 pound beef cut in strips, saute. Add 3 pounds of italian peeled tomatoes whole with tex mex chili mix. Cook for 45 minutes. Season with salt and or tobasco sauce if desitred. Top with non fat sour cream and cheddar cheese.
