buffalo style chicken salad

Ingredients
For each salad:First slice one sausage into coins(thick or thin,as you like)brown in a skillet till as crisp and brown as you prefer.Slice celery,mix with salad greens(I LOVE mache when I can get it! but use what you like)toss in tomatoesadd sausage to greens,top with 2 tablespoons of blue cheese yogurt salad dressing.

This makes a great light dinner-just remember that this is a recipe for one,so scale up as needed
