* *Ro Tel Mexican Lime and Cilantro, 10 oz. can * 1/2 cup frozen sweet corn * Chicken Breast, no skin, 7 ounces * Green Peppers (bell peppers), 0.5 cup, chopped * Peppers, sweet, red, raw, sliced, 0.5 cup, chopped * Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped * Beans, black, 15 oz can * Best Choice Fat Free Shredded Mozzarella cheese, .75 cup or veggie shredds * Garlic, 3 cloves
