peanutbutter and banana smoothie with flax

1/2 cup silk soy vanilla milk1/2 cup ice1 med banana1 tbsp ground flax 1 tbsp smooth peanut butter
Directions
add all ingredients together in a blender. Blend until all ingredients are smooth. Makes a 12oz serving. Drink up.
