Thai green Curry with Tofu

Ingredients
Onions, raw, 1 slice, large (1/4" thick) Mixed Thai spiceGreen curry pasteTofu, firm, 0.6 blockZucchini, 1 cup, sliced Peas, frozen, 0.5 cup *Snow Peas, fresh, 0.5 cup Cabbage, chinese (pak-choi), raw, 1 cup, shredded Vegetable Broth, 1 cup *Coconut Milk/or cocnut yogurt, .5 cup
Directions
Fry onion, courgette/zucchini, tofu with a thai mixed spice. Add green curry paste, 3 mins. Add stock, peas, mange tout/snow peas, boil on a low heat. Bring of heat add coconut milk/coconut yogurt. Add pak choi. Season and serve with rice.
