White Turkey Chili

Ingredients
One cup dry white northern beans (soak overnight)1 quart stewed tomatoes1.25 pound leftover turkey (or chicken can be used)1 quart-ish water1 packet white chili mix1 T cumin1/2 t. cayenne pepperCream cheese to taste
Directions
Throw all of the ingredients into a crock pot and cook on high for four hours. All of the ingredients are to taste, so you can add/subtract as you prefer. Omitting the cream cheese will lessen the calories and fat substantially.

Serve with baked tortilla chips crumbled on top.
