Hey everyone im from Buffalo! Wing dip is always a big hit at any party here! But you have to have the Blue cheese with it. There are some low fat and fat free blue cheeses on the market. Opt out of the cheddar cheese and cook this dip in a crock pot set on warm and it's the best thing - 11/5/10

I took this to a pot luck for my husbands work, and there were four guys standing around this dip with a bag of chips, it was a complete hit. Everyone loved it, and it really indulged my hot wings craving. I don't have a mini croc pot though, so i made it in a casserole dish on low in the oven - 12/20/10
