Kelly's Kielbasa Dish

1tbsp olive oil1tbsp butter (smart balance)1/2 cup onion1/2 cup green pepper2 cloves garlic1 package Turkey Kielbasa1tbsp chili powder1 can black beans1 can kidney beans1 can rotel1 cup brown rice
Heat oil and butter in skillet or large pan. Add onions,garlic and green peppers. Cook until soft. Add Kielbasa(cut in bites) and spinkle chili powder over. Cook at high temp. until begins to boil. Add Beans and Rotel. Simmer at least i hour, add your rice and give enough time for it to cook
I have also put all ingredients in crock pot and cooked on low 6-8 hours
