Sweet Potato Fries

Ingredients
Sweet Potato (1-1.5 lbs).25 cup Olive Oil.25 Cinnamon (ground).50 Paprika (ground).50 Salt (calls for Kosher salt, I used Sea Salt)
Directions
Preheat over to 425F. Cut potatoes into 1" width pieces and add to storage bag or container then add your other ingredients. Place on a baking tray and cook for 30 minutes; every 10 minutes flip potatoes.
