Ingredients
1/2 cup pumpkin, canned or fresh1/2 cup fat free plain yogurt1/2 cup fat free milk2 tsp sugar or artificial sweetener1/2 tsp vanilla extract1/4 tsp ground cinnamon1/8 tsp ground ginger1/8 tsp ground cloves5 ice cubes
Directions
Combine pumpkin, yogurt, milk, sugar, vanilla extract, cinnamon, ginger, cloves and ice in blender and blend until smooth. Pour into chilled glass and garnish with a sprinkle of nutmeg.
