1 Tbs olive oil1 cup chopped onion3 cloves minced garlic2 stalks of celery, chopped3 medium carrots, chopped340g Veggie Ground Round1 10 oz can of mushrooms1 739ml jar of spaghetti sauce
Saute onion, garlic, celery and carrots in olive oil until tender. Add ground round and saute another 3 minutes. Add mushrooms along with their liquid and spaghetti sauce. Fill the spaghetti sauce jar half full of water and add to the pan. Simmer for 30 minutes until sauce thickens to desired consistency. Add salt and pepper as desired.
