1 box Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix1 stick of Light Butter1 can Del Monte Sweet Corn Cream Style no salt added (14.75 oz)1 can Del Monte Corn no salt added (15.25 oz) drained
Melt butter. Add the rest of the ingredients and stir. Spoon into 8 ramekins. Bake at 350 for 20 min. in a convection oven, or 375 for 25 min. in a regular oven. Until it is set and golden in color.
