Venison & Beef Taco Meatloaf

Ingredients
1 lb Ground Venison1 lb 80/20 Ground Chuck 1 cup Kroger Whole Grain Oatmeal - dry 2/3 packet - Aldi Taco Seasoning4 Tbsp Kroger Ketchup1/2 cup Homemade Salsa1/4 cup Kroger Mexican finely shredded cheese2 eggs
Directions
mix all ingredients in bowl, except only put 1/2 of cheese in bowl, and 3 tbsp Ketchup in bowl.
Mix well.

This will make 16 muffin sized servings.

once meatloaf is in muffin pan, drizzle extra 1tbsp of ketchup and remaining cheese on each serving.

Put in oven at 350*
cook for 30 minutes or until cooked through.

I cook it in a muffin pan, because it's easier to control portions. :)
