Black Bean and Corn Chowder

Onions, raw, 1 medium Vegetable Cooking Stock, 4 cup Red Potato 4 mediumCreamed Corn, 3 cup (2 cans)Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen, 4 cup kernels Black Beans, 3 cup (2cans)Celery, 2 stalk, medium canola oil - 1tspgarlic - 1 tblspMrs. Dash Spicy blend to taste
Saute onion and celery in canola oil until tender. Add potatoes and 2 cups Vegetable stock. Soft boil for 15 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Add creamed corn, sweet corn and black beans and garlic and more Vegetable stock to make a creamy chowder. Simmer again for 5-10 minutes until warm throughout. Makes 12 -1.5 cup servings
