Deb's Yorkshire Puddings

Ingredients
*Flour, white, .5 cup Egg, fresh, 2 large Milk, nonfat, 1 cup you will need a yorkshire pudding pan for this and let me tell you they are hard to find. mine came from Marks & Spencer in England. I would check online or possibly Williams sonoma
Directions
Preheat oven to 450 degrees. When oven is hot place the empty pan coated with olive oil or non stick spray (My mom uses crisco but I am trying to "lighten" up this dish after 5 minutes add the batter and bake for 20 minutes. Serve with roast beef or stew.
