Low sodium sweet potatoe fries

Ingredients
3 large sweet potatoes1 tablespoon olive oil1/2 tablespoon chili powder1/2 tablespoon garlic powder
Directions
Preheat oven to 425.

Wash and dry the potatoes and (with the skin on), cut into 1/4 - 1/2 inch thick rounds, cut the rounds into 1/4 - 1/2 inch thick finger-shaped pieces. Toss the potatoes in a bowl with the olive oil, chili powder, garlic powder.

On a baking sheet, spread the sweet potatoes fries in a single layer and roast, stirring every 10 minutes, until brown and tender. cook 30-35 minutes. Remove from the oven, and enjoy!
