Breaded Baked Chicken nuggets

Ingredients
4 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast, cut into quarters3/4 cup bread crumbs, seasoned1 Egg, beat lightly
Directions
Preheat oven to 350. Lightly beat egg in a bowl big enough to hold all the chicken too. Rinse chicken cut into nugget size pieces and place into egg mixture. Place Bread crumbs in Plastic bag. Using Slotted spoon pull egg coated chicken from bowl and place in bag to coat with breading. Place on foil lined pan and bake for 20-25 minute or until meat is fully cooked. makes about 16 big nuggets.

    Grandkids are picky eaters but they ate these w/out a fuss, and hubby & I enjoyed, too. Will make again! I cut into smaller nugget size, and sliced thicker portions in half, so they cooked quicker. Made with baked french fries, and we had a great dinner! - 5/24/09
