1 (20 oz ) can HyTop crushed pineapple in juice, undrained1 (4 serving size) pkg sugar free black cherry gelatin2/3 cup Splenda1/2 pound whole cranberries
Put cranberries in a medium saucepan with 1 cup of water. Bring to a boil and cook until the berries pop. Stir in the gelatin powder. Add the undrained pineapple, stir to combine. Add the Splenda and stir until dissolved.
Cool slightly and pour into a 5 cup mold.
Makes 4 cups. 8-1/2 cup servings.
