Dean & Deluca Salad

Ingredients
1/2 of one Chicken breast, cooked & chopped1/2 oz. of soft goat cheese1/4 cup toasted pine nuts1/4 cup red peppers, rinsed & chopped2 tbsp. low fat balsamic vinaigrette dressing6 leaves Romaine lettuce, rinsed & chopped
Directions
Mix the salad together and top with cooked chicken breast to your desired amount.

Enjoy!

Makes 1 large meal salad, or can be split into 2 or 3 side salads.

Great for lunch on warm summer days!
