Tuna Salad Sandwich Filling

Ingredients
1 pkg (6.4 oz) tuna in water1/4 cup light mayonnaise2 tsp. hot pepper jelly1 oz cheddar cheese, cubed small2 large hard-boiled eggs, chopped or mashed1 stalk celery chopped2 slices onion, chopped
Directions
Combine all ingredients and mix well. Spread on bread, crackers or fresh vegetables.

For a hot sandwich, place on bread or roll, wrap in foil, and bake in a 350 degree preheated oven for about 20 minutes.
