Shan's Salmon Patties

Ingredients
1 can pink salmon8 saltines, crushedjuice of one lemon2 large eggs1-2 bunches of green onions to taste, chopped fine1 Tablespoon dried parsleysprinkling of salt (sea salt is best for you)
Directions
Just mash all the ingredients together, form into 6 patties, and fry in pan sprayed with cooking spray until each side is just lightly browned.

Makes 6 patties, 2 patties per serving. Awesome served with roasted potatoes and spinach with lemon juice! And we always squeeze a little on the cooked patties, too!
