Super Healthy Nacho's

Ingredients
Baked! Scoop Tostito's - 14Cheese Sauce, Tostitos - 2 tbspCanned Black Beans - 1/4 CupGround Turkey 93% lean - 4 0zChili powder - to tasteseason salt - to tastegarlic powder - to tastblack pepper - to tastePlum Tomatoes - 1/4 CupScallions - 2 tbspBlack olives - 2 tbspFat Free Sour Cream - 2 tbsp
Directions
While browning ground turkey, add all spices ot the turkey. Chop veggies. Smash black beans with a food processor and then heat in the microwave for 1 min. Heat cheese sauce in microwave for 30 secs at a time until hot.
Put 14 chips on a plate or shallow bowl. Put 2 tbsp nacho cheese on chips. Add beans, then turkey. Top with veggies and sour cream.

*Variation: you can add jalapeno, guacamole and salsa. Though, it's not included with the nutrional information for this recipe.

    I amended it a bit, my kids don't like to eat beans if they see them, so actually mixed everything together, basically made it into one big bowl of hot dip and put them in individual bowls put them on plates with chips around. And supper on movie night was an incredible success. What a treat. Thanks - 3/3/10
