Stewed Potatoes

Ingredients
2 Potatoes, peeled and dicedAbout 4 cups of water1 Tbsp Butter or MargerinePepper, added to taste
Directions
Peel and Dice potatoes and put in a pot about 1/2 full of water.

Bring water to a boil and reduce heat to medium.

Wait until water has thickened up and potatoes have softened, then add butter and pepper to taste.

Let cool, and enjoy!!

This is a full proof side dish that everyone loves. You probably will want to also add salt to taste, my family is just not very big salt eaters.
