Minced Beef Curry

Ingredients
2 T Butter1 Med Onion, chopped1 Med Apple, chopped2 Tbsp Curry Powder2 Tbsp Flour1 1b beef, minced1 1/4 cup beef stock2 Tbs Raisins1 T lemon juice2 Tbsp Sour Cream
Directions
Saute onion and apple in butter for 5 minutes. Add Curry Powder and cook 2 more minutes. Add Flour and stir to coat, add meat, stock, rains, and lemon juice. Bring to a boil, then simmer 30 minutes, uncovered, stirring occasionally. Add sour cream just before serving. Serve over rice, salt to taste.
