cinnamon rasin oatmeal

Ingredients
1 cup quick oats1/2 cup water2 tbl rasins1tsp vanilla extract1 tsp cinnamonpinch ground ginger1tsp pure maple syrup1tsp brown sugar1tbl skim milk1/4 tbl butter
Directions
pour water into pan
add rasins, & vanilla
bring to a boil

add oats, cinnamon, & ginger

bring to a boil, stir, and reduce heat to med.

cook for 4-5 min. on med. with lid.. stirring occasionally

remove from heat and stir.. let sit for 2 min..

add 1/2 cup to bowl
put 1/4 tbl butter in a dip on top
drizzel just a little pure maple syrup
sprinkle brown sugar
and pour 1 tbl of skim milk on top

very good!!!

add cooked egg whites for a well balanced breakfast!
