Ellen's Fiesta Lime Chicken

Ingredients
4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts, cut in 2 or 3 strips each1 cup salsa10 tbsp. Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing3 Garlic Cloves-finely diced1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese1 tbsp. lime juice
Directions
Makes 5 servings (4 oz.)

1 - Spray skillet with cooking spray.
2 - Brown chicken in skillet
3 - Add Garlic
4 - In a bowl mix lime juice, salsa, and ranch dressing together. Smooth on top of chicken.
5 - Cover and simmer until chicken is tender.
6 - Serve, topping with shredded cheddar.
