Ellen's Salmon Patties

Ingredients
1 can Pink Salmon, drained1/2 cup mayonnaise1/4 cup dehydrated onion flakes1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated1/4 cup flaxseed1 tsp parsley, dried1 tsp dry mustard1 tsp lemon juice1/4 tsp kosher salt1/4 tsp black pepper1/4 tsp Old Bay seasoning1/4 tsp horseradish1 large egg, beaten1 1/3 tbsp butter
Directions
1. Drain salmon
2. Combine all ingredients, except butter
3. Form 4 patties
4. Fry in butter over medium heat (don't burn butter) in non-stick pan 8-10 minutes per side until browned
