FLAX SEED BREAD

Ingredients
2 C. Flax Seed Meal1 T. Baking Powder2 T. Artificial Sweetner2 Eggs3 *egg replacer*1/2 C. water1/3 C. oil
Directions
mix dry ingred. then add wet, mix with a wisk. Batter will be like a cake mix. Pour into an 8 x 8 prepared pan. Bake at 350 for 20 min. Vary the recipe by adding nuts, raisins, dried fruit. I imagine the possibilities are endless. Cool and cut into 12 pieces.
