Orange ginger carrots

Ingredients
3 c carrots1 tbsp Earth Balance Natural Buttery Spread1 t minced ginger.25 cup Orange Juice2 tsp Brown Sugar
Directions
Peel and slice carrots into coins.

Combine carrots, butter spread, ginger and juice in a nonstick saucepan.

Bring to a boil, then cover and simmer 10 minutes. Test to see if carrots are al dente.

When carrots are tender, uncover and boil off remaining liquid. Add brown sugar and cook just to blend.
