Fried Chicken, light meat (breast or wing), 10 pieces *Papayas, 2 cup, cubes Ginger Root, 2 tsp*Hot Chili Peppers, 1 pepper Salt, 1 tsp Water, tap, 9 cup (8 fl oz)
1. Cut chicken to bite sizes.
2. Boil water with the chicken. Add in chili (cut in half) and ginger root (sliced).
3. Add in papaya. Simmer to low heat until chicken and papaya are tender.
4. Add salt and other flavoring you desired.
Good for 8 servings.
