Grilled Salmon with ginger baby bok choy

Ingredients
* wild sockeye salmon, 24 oz * Sesame Oil, .75 tbsp * Garlic, 2 clove * Ginger Root, 2 tsp * *Soy Sauce, 2 tbsp * *rice wine Vinegar, 1 tbsp * 6 baby bok choy, halved, 16 oz lime wedges
Directions
Lay out 2 large sheets aluminum foil. Lay salmon in middle. Rub oil, garlic and ginger on both sides of salmon. Lay halves of bok choy all around. drizzle on soy sauce and vinegar. Tightly seal in foil and grill on high 25 minutes. Serve with Lime wedges

    I made this for dinner tonight. Next time, I will coarsely shred the Bok Choy and toss it with the soy sauce and vinegar mixture before piling it on top of the salmon. I think the soy/vinegar mixture ran off the Bok Choy and burned on the aluminum foil rather than flavor the salmon and greens. - 8/2/09
