1 large egg, beaten1 tbsp. chopped green pepper1 tbsp. chopped onion1 slice tomato chopped1 tsp. reduced fat mozarella
Directions
Makes 1 serving.
Just chop the veggies, saute in Smart Balance cooking spray. Add beaten egg, and cook till done.
