Power sandwich

Ingredients
2 lite whole wheat bread 40 per slice2 tbsp of hummus 1 oz of bell pepper approx 4 sandwiches per pepperslice of onion.
Directions
I make these ahead for the week. Grocery list is easy one pepper, hummus, onion.
eight slices and spread one side of each piece of bread.
Clean then divide pepper in four sections. One for each section
Slice the pepper, thin pieces. Add thin slice of onion.
Top with other piece of bread.
Four servings. 4- beat the clock snacks, when everybody else is hitting the vending machine and snacking on candy. You will have a piece of delicous.
