Ingredients
2 - medium fresh peaches (peeled, cut up, and chilled or frozen ahead of time)1 cup Stoneyfield Farms Plain Lowfat Yogurt8 oz. Tropicana Orange Juice with Calcium
Directions
Add all ingredients to blender and blend well. I like to make sure the peaches are very cold or frozen to make the smoothie nice and cold!

    I have a similar recipe only I substitute tofu for the yogurt. I don't like the yogurt. Also, by using tofu, you can have a vegan drink. - 7/31/08
