Bajra Dosa (Millet Dosa)

Ingredients

1) Bajra - 1 tbsp2) Water to mix the Bajra3) Salt to taste4) Fennel seefs - 1 tsp5) Olive oil - 4 tsp
1) Mix all the ingredients with the exception of oil together until a dosa batter like consistency is achieved (do not make it too runny or too thick)
2) Make small dosas with the batter. Ensure that the dosa can be covered with a lid for sometime as Bajra can be exceedingly difficult to remove from the dosa pan (even a non-stick one).
This makes three Bajra dosas. This is exceedingly filling compared to the normal dosas made at home and two should be sufficient on any day.
Add onions, chilles and garlic to the batter as optional ingredients to make this even tastier.
