Black Bean Stew

Ingredients
2 cans of black beans1 can of corn1.5 cans of diced tomato.5 onion diced1 Tbs Cumin1tsp Cheyenne pepperSalt & Pepper to taste
Directions
Put all of the ingredients into a medium pot and bring to a boil. You can serve with a dollop of fat free sour cream or with tortilla chips.

Serving suze is 1 cup.

*NOTE*
You can cut down on the sodium level by buying low-sodium cans & you can also dice a tomato instead of using canned
