.75 - 1 cup frozen cherries1 container (4oz) Activia Light Fat-free Strawberry yogurt.25 cups skim milk1 scoop Aria Vanilla Women's Protein powder1 packet Splenda
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
