Canadian Bacon Quiche

Ingredients
ingred,:1 c. grated cheddar cheese,4 chopped scallions,1 c. sliced mushrooms, 1/2 chopped red bell pepper,3 eggs,1 c. skim milk
Directions
Saute veggies.Beat milk with milk, set aside. Place pie crust in dish, layer with cheese, (cheese provides moisture barrier, keeping crust flakey), add veggies, pour over egg mixture. Bake 375 for 35 - 40 min. Let stand 10 min. before serving.
