Seafood Pasta Sauce - Low Sodium

Ingredients
3 Tbsp olive oil340 grams seafood of choice (SeaQuest Seafood Medley) 4 garlic cloves, minced230 g (approx 8 oz) Fresh Mushrooms1 Red Sweet Pepper456 grams tomatoes, seeded, chopped1 Tbsp dried Basil1/3 cup fat free sour cream1 large Sweet OnionOptional Ingredients, NOT included in Calorie Count- 3 Tbsp Light Cream cheese- 4 Mozzarella Cheese Slices- Milk as needed for preferred thickness
Directions
Makes 8 - 1/2 cup servings

- Heat oil, and saute seafood

- Carefully remove seafood while leaving the juices in the skillet, and saute garlic for one minute

- Add remaining vegetables and bail, and simmer for ten minutes, or until sauce thickens. (Add cheeses)

- Increase heat to medium-high and add sour cream and simmer. Add milk as needed to attain desired sauce thickness. (1/4 - 1/2 cup) You could substitute the milk with clam juice, chicken broth, or water.

- Add to pasta
